ENLASO Corporation (enlaso.com) Receives Glowing Reviews from Recent Customer Satisfaction Survey

BOULDER, CO – August 23, 2007 – ENLASO Corporation, a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, announced today that 98% of the customers who responded to the customer satisfaction survey said that their experience with ENLASO meets or exceeds their expectations.

Addressing nearly all facets of the company’s performance, including cost, technology and communication, the annual survey was sent to active ENLASO customers. The survey consisted of a total of 14 questions, each with the option to provide additional comments.

“Although our ISO 9001 certification is tangible evidence that we take customer service seriously, we are only as good as the recognition received from our clients,” notes ENLASO President and Chief Operating Officer John Watkins. “The results of this survey are invaluable in understanding our customers’ perceptions of the services we provide as their localization partner. With this information, we can better target our continuous improvement efforts to ensure that we exceed their expectations,” Watkins continues.
