ENLASO Delivers As Promised
Over 98% of the Participants who Responded to this Year’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Indicated that ENLASO Meets All of the Expectations as Defined in the Original Proposal or Scope of Work.
BOULDER, CO – August 11, 2008 – ENLASO Corporation (enlaso.com), a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, also reports that over 98% of the participants who responded would recommend ENLASO to other companies for localization services.
The annual survey consisted of a total of 14 questions and was sent to active ENLASO customers. Respondents also had the option to share additional information and feedback with ENLASO. Nearly 35% of the survey recipients completed the questionnaire, consequently providing ENLASO with statistically significant data to effectively compare the results with the results from previous years.
“This year’s survey marks the third consecutive year that our standardized survey questions have been used to determine our customers’ satisfaction with our services and to identify opportunities for improvement,” notes ENLASO President and Chief Operating Officer John Watkins. He continues: “ENLASO has experienced rapid growth since conducting the last survey in July of 2007. The results of this year’s survey confirm that even with the expanded work volume, we continue to provide customer satisfaction that meets or exceeds our customers’ expectations.”
