Customers Recommend ENLASO Translation and Localization Services

A Recent Customer Satisfaction Survey Reveals That 100% of the Survey Respondents Would Recommend ENLASO to Other Companies

BOULDER, CO – August 31, 2009 – ENLASO Corporation (enlaso.com), a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, today announced that this year’s customer satisfaction survey revealed that 100% of respondents would recommend ENLASO to other companies needing translation and localization services.

As part of ENLASO’s ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the customer satisfaction survey was sent to active ENLASO customers and consisted of a total of 14 questions, including the option to provide additional comments. The survey took approximately 10 minutes to complete and achieved a response rate of nearly 40%, ensuring that the data collected represents a statistically significant amount that accurately reflects the opinions of ENLASO’s customers.

“For the fourth consecutive year, ENLASO has been using standardized survey questions in order to best determine our customers’ perspective regarding our efforts to meet or exceed their expectations,” notes ENLASO President John Watkins. He continues, “Using standardized survey questions enables us to effectively compare the results with the findings from previous years, thus enabling us to better target our continuous improvement efforts to ensure that we exceed our customers’ expectations.”
