ENLASO® Achieves Highest Customer Satisfaction Ratings in History of Company

Results Underscore Customers’ Outstanding Experiences Working with ENLASO

BOULDER, CO – October 26, 2010- ENLASO® Corporation (enlaso.com), a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, announced the results of this year’s customer satisfaction survey revealing that an extraordinary 100% of respondents would recommend ENLASO to other companies needing translation and localization services.

As part of ENLASO’s ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the customer satisfaction survey was sent to active ENLASO customers and consisted of a total of 14 questions, including the option to provide additional comments. In addition to receiving a 100% agreement rating on recommending ENLASO to other companies, 100% of respondents agreed with several other key metrics such as: responsiveness, understanding of customer and project requirements, meeting deadlines, and attentiveness.

“For the fourth consecutive year, ENLASO has been using standardized survey questions to determine our customers’ perspective regarding our efforts to meet or exceed their expectations,” notes ENLASO President John Watkins. He continues, “Using standardized survey questions enables us to effectively compare the results with the findings from previous years, thus enabling us to better target our continuous improvement efforts to ensure that we exceed our customers’ expectations.”
