ENLASO’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Highlights Dedication to Innovative Solutions

BOULDER, CO – November 7, 2011 – ENLASO® Corporation (www.enlaso.com), a leading provider of translation and localization solutions, announced the results of this year’s customer satisfaction survey revealing that ENLASO’s dedication to innovative solutions is a benefit that is experienced by all customers who responded to their customer satisfaction survey.

As part of ENLASO’s ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the customer satisfaction survey was sent to active ENLASO customers. The survey has 14 questions, along with the option to provide comments. The sample size for the survey nearly doubled this year underscoring the enthusiasm and engagement of ENLASO’s customer base, a result of the partnership approach ENLASO applies to their services.

“For the fifth consecutive year, ENLASO has been using a standardized set of survey questions to determine our customers’ perspective regarding our efforts to meet or exceed their expectations,” notes ENLASO President John Watkins. He continues, “We are fortunate to have such an engaged customer base who sincerely responds to our survey requests, which enables us to accurately measure the satisfaction of our customers.” He adds, “While our surveys provide us with useful insight to develop improvements to our quality system, we are also gratified to learn that our customers overwhelmingly find good value and quality that meet or exceed their expectations.”
