Project Services Manager
Location:
Boulder, Colorado
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned:
- Supports project managers with project administration work and performs general office management and administration tasks.
- Assemble project linguistic team
- Obtain data needed for budget management
- Generate vendor purchase orders
- Transfer files between project teams
- Generate customer invoice requests to Accounting
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance to production staff
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; plus one year of industry relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat
- Native fluency in a foreign language preferred
