BOULDER, CO - March 4, 2010 - ENLASO Corporation, a leading provider of localization and translation solutions, today announced that Gordon Training International chose ENLASO to help them localize their Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) into French-Canadian.
Gordon Training’s L.E.T program is an intensive, skills-based training program that focuses on developing interpersonal communication and conflict resolution competencies in managers and supervisors. Program participants learn, practice, and understand when and how to apply a powerful set of tools that measurably influence their workers' behaviors, habits, and beliefs, resulting into a more productive, efficient, and fulfilling workplace. The training programs are led by specially-trained and authorized L.E.T. trainers and include a variety of support materials.
Gordon Training selected ENLASO as their vendor of choice based on their reputation as a leading provider of localization and translation solutions to the education and e-learning industries. Among other components, ENLASO was tasked to localize the Leader Effectiveness Training Workbook, the Trainer Guide, Roleplay Cards, the Pre-Workshop Packet, and PowerPoint presentations.
