ENLASO to Present Live Webinar on XML and Localization

BOULDER, CO - April 6, 2010 - ENLASO Corporation, a provider of translation and localization solutions, today announced that it will present a live webinar April 27, 2010, titled "XML and Localization.”

The “XML and Localization” Webinar presents an overview of how XML (Extensible Markup Language) can be used in the localization process either as the original format of the content to localize or as a temporary medium to allow for a more efficient localization workflow.

In this presentation, Yves Savourel, ENLASO's Solutions Architect, discusses the role of XML in effective content internationalization and the opportunities XML provides for the standardization of the localization processes. He will also explain and discuss the associated content formats used with localization workflow processes such as XLIFF, TMX, and ITS.

He has also been a contributor in the creation of the XLIFF (XML Localisation Interchange File Format), TMX (the Translation Memory eXchange format), and SRX (Segmentation Rules eXchange) standards important to the localization industry.
