In addition to co-sponsoring this industry event, three members of ENLASO will be presenting at various sessions throughout the Summit, including:
- ENLASO Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Yves Lang, will chair the second day of the event and serve as the host for the event’s registration and product exhibition on Wednesday, June 23.
- ENLASO Senior Localization Strategist, Liesl Leary, will partner with Satmetrix Systems’ Enterprise Account Manager, Brooke Watts, to deliver an intensive case study titled, “The Strategic Value of Global Customer Care.” This session will highlight the importance of collecting customer satisfaction information globally and how it requires multilingual systems to generate accurate information that is useful to decision makers in real time. This session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 23, 2004.
- ENLASO Localization Solutions Architect, Yves Savourel, will speak at multiple sessions. On Monday, June 21, Savourel will present an all-day workshop on XML and localization. On Tuesday, June 22, Savourel will collaborate with the OSCAR Group (Open Standards for Container/Content Allowing Re-use), a LISA special interest group.
